Though I can coach you through a wide range of challenges, I like to focus on transitions through life, balance between work and family, and professional development. Outside of coaching, I am founder and CEO of Sphere Brake Defense, Inc. I’m a licensed Project Management and Risk Management Professional. I also served 12 years in the military as a Field Artillery officer and Stryker Infantry Commander.
Personally, I’m married with two amazing boys and a devoted follower of Christ. I understand that not everyone comes into coaching with the same beliefs-- let alone with the desire to discuss their religious beliefs. As such, you can rest assured that I will always choose to respect and honor all people from all walks of life, no matter where they are.
